We are now looking for an experienced security guard for on-call employment during the summer season!

At QSG Bevakning, you will have a varied and stimulating workday where your main task is to contribute to a safe and secure environment.

The work is diverse and can consist of both patrolling and stationary guarding as well as emergency response. You will work largely independently and are expected to make your own decisions in critical situations. The role therefore places high demands on good judgment, stress resilience, and the ability to remain calm even when the pace is high or the situation is pressured.

The working hours are scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, with a particularly increased need during the summer months.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and enjoys working with people. You have a strong security and responsibility mindset, are solution-oriented, and maintain focus as well as a professional and pleasant demeanor even during more challenging shifts. You are engaged, responsible, and work independently, while also being able to collaborate and build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.

• Experience in service professions
• Multilingualism
• Flexibility regarding working hours

• For employment at QSG Bevakning AB, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company
• Criminal record check without remarks
• Security guard training
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
